The PARMI company has its origins in providing staffing services for the metal processing industry. Now, however, we support customers from a variety of industries where it is essential to provide high-quality contract staff quickly. Straightforward routes, direct correspondence with project managers and cutting-edge internal communication channels make it possible to provide urgently needed labour within a very short time. Our project management team operates flexibly, enabling it to respond quickly to changing circumstances or problems. Due to our many years of experience, we are also happy to assist you with short-, medium- and long-term HR planning.

Our company is owner-managed and is not influenced by external investors. This enables our highly focused team to work with you to ensure fuss-free project handling. We are constantly looking to take advantage of a wide variety of opportunities for national and international certifications, thereby further enhancing our portfolio. We are certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and SCC/SCP and we abide by these structures as a whole on a daily basis.

Quality consistency

We work closely with partners at many points to maintain the high quality of our services. When it comes to the training of our specialists, we pay attention to the best possible quality and maximum transparency. The staffing business is a widely ramified and often opaque business segment, but not in our case. When our staff are not currently employed, they take part in appropriate employee certifications, specialized qualifications, training courses on occupational health and safety, and much more. We are committed to providing our employees with the best possible level of continuing and advanced training. In such a rapidly changing environment, no technical situation stays the same for long. The continuous developments in technologies and applications mean that we too are in a constantly evolving process. For this reason, we train our staff the best way we can and we work with international partners who carry out our certification processes. This ensures that our employees stay up to date in terms of training and our customers benefit from this training and the ongoing professional development of our staff.

Digitalization

Human resource management must not stand still in today's world. We continuously record and update the documentation of all processes and all necessary information about training and certification in-house. Digitalized processes ensure that we can provide this information, and therefore the right staff, quickly and efficiently. The transmission of necessary documents so that specific projects can be carried out is automated, timely and in compliance with all the required data protection guidelines. Our employee database allows us to view all information and documents (e.g. crane licence, forklift licence, welding certificates, etc.) of our workers immediately and also to provide our customers with them promptly. A digital registration list ensures that we can retrieve all necessary insurance-related information in the event of an inspection – anytime and anywhere.

Occupational health and safety

Occupational health and safety is a vital aspect on any construction site. It affects every area of staffing provision because accidents that may be caused by a wide variety of triggers can happen even during the simplest work activities. A construction site is simply a place of many hazards. However, the risk of an accident increases significantly if the staff used are not aware of the dangers. Our top priority is therefore to provide our employees with comprehensive training in occupational health and safety and accident prevention. We keep them up to date at all times. Before each assignment, we provide them with a general induction and project-related instruction about possible risks and how to avoid them. Our motto is "better safe than sorry". This includes addressing language barriers and giving every employee an emergency card and appropriate safety equipment.

Our company has SCP/SCC certification; one of the most widely recognized certifications in the area of occupational health and safety and environmental protection. Ongoing training courses and advanced training measures help us to maintain a high level of occupational health and safety and environmental protection for each individual job. We attach great importance to our accident statistics and pursue a zero-accident policy in our company, as we are confident that every occupational accident can be prevented with sufficient preparation. The SCC certification is a suitable foundation which we use as the basis for following a functioning and proven concept of occupational health and safety. Internal and external audits confirm the high quality and our focus on the safety of our employees and workers.
