For which industries can labor be provided?

Our welders and fitters are mainly used in the following industries:

  • plant construction (pipeline construction, tank construction)
  • steel construction / metal construction
  • mechanical engineering

We can provide unskilled workers for the following sectors:

For which countries can manpower be provided?

We have many years of experience with assignments within and outside Europe. Let us know your desired deployment location and coordinate with us regarding your desired manpower requirements.

Do the workers bring their own tools?

No. Our staff works exclusively with the equipment of the user company.

Do the workers bring their own protective equipment?

Yes. All our employees have their personal work clothes, safety shoes as well as a helmet. Our welders have their own welding helmet.

Do I have to take care of the transport of the temporary workers and their accommodation?

No. We organize the transport of the workers to the customer and take care of accommodation near the workshop or construction site.

Do the welders have valid welding certificates?

Yes. All our welders are certified in the respective welding standards and have valid certificates.

What kind of additional trainings do the workers have?

Many of our employees have additional trainings, such as an overhead crane license, forklift license, fall protection training or slinging loads. It is best to let us know your requirements for additional training in the course of your inquiry – this will make it easier for us to find the right personnel for you.

Is there a minimum duration of the assignment?

Yes. Regardless of the type of assignment (production or assembly), there is a minimum assignment period of 6 weeks.

Are the hourly rates the same for every assignment?

No. The hourly rates depend, among other things, on the qualifications of the employees and the country in which the assignment takes place. Please provide us with all details of the planned assignment as early as possible so that we can prepare a serious offer.

What language skills do the employees have?

The language skills of our employees vary and range from Romanian, Hungarian, English and German to Russian. It is best to let us know your requirements regarding language skills in the course of your inquiry – this will make it easier for us to find the right staff for you.

How does the billing work?

Both our employees and the user company must keep a record of their hours. This must be submitted to PARMI by the third day of the following month. Billing takes place monthly on the basis of the hourly records and the agreed hourly rate per employee.

What happens in the event of an employee's illness or inability to work?

In the case of long-term absences, we take care of finding an appropriate replacement for the employee who is unable to work.

How long does it take to send workers?

Basically, we always try to serve our customers’ requests as quickly as possible. However, it also always depends on the type as well as the location of the assignment, how quickly we can provide the desired personnel.
